Flash: 171 Deported Female Pilgrims Arrive Kano

171 female pilgrims from Katsina and Taraba States, who were deported by Saudi Arabian authorities, arrived the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano (MAKIA) on Wednesday.
The pilgrims, who arrived the airport on board a Max Air aircraft with registration number 5N MM at about 4.58 pm, have begun heading to their various destinations.
It was learnt that the pilgrims left for Nigeria on Tuesday night after the Saudi authorities denied them permission to enter the country because they did not have male guardians (Muharram) accompanying them.
